The M5 screw through the bottom isn't entirely necessary, but I added it just for a little extra stability. The side resting on the desk and the hooks keep it pretty sturdy. The screw I used was an M5 30mm, but that depends entirely on the angle of the tenting.
To print the right side, just mirror the object in a slicer or cad program.

Tweezers or something will be required to get the supports out of the hole for the screw. the other supports come off easily as long as a sufficient z-gap is set.
