To have the pattern on the back it should be printed at 0.2mm layer height and if you also want multi colour then you need to change the filament when the second layer changes. This is the name of the maker of the model on and this site thingiverse if you want to check them out because the model is not on this site but they do have a profile, adafruit. It is an improvement because it stops dust and dirt from getting to the back off your phone and sometimes on the old version of this case things would get caught on the holes on the back of the case.
