These are handy for powering your prototypes on the bench if the regular power supply connectors don't suit you.
Not rated for mains and not as safe as Cliff “Quicktest” Connector because it doesn't disconnect the power when you access the terminals, isn't grounded or fused but they're a whole lot cheaper.
Speaker terminal blocks like these are usually rated at around 8A current if the right wires are used.
