Got sick and tired of the itty bitty tiny wheel of my Logitech Momo black. So went ahead and designed this puppy here.

The wheel has a standard 70mm Momo connection pattern and was designed with my quick release in mind. It should work with any accessory using said pattern, though.

M5x20mm bolts and nuts should be a good fit.

I had the wheel cut out of 3mm thick aluminium. Thinner material might work as well, but I haven't tried that yet. Theres a .dxg file for cnc and two .pdf as a guide to cut it out by hand. Here's a video on how that can be done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VI4dHVYjHY

The front and back rim are meant to be a frame of sorts for a leather / alcantara wrap. That is to say, it should work perfectly fine without the wrap, just doesn't look as snazzy.

The wrap should have a diameter of 28cm and thickness of 10cm (you might be able to get a cheap one for a normal sized wheel, cut it and sow it back together to make it fit)

I used the pcb of a SNES clone usb controller (cause I'm cheap like that ;P)

Here's a link to an example of what I'm on about (https://www.gearbest.com/game-accessories/pp_009764868036.html?wid=1433363#goodsDetail).

Any such gamepad should work as they all use the same pcb layout afaik.

Be sure to put some electrical tape on the wheel as I did to prevent shorts.

Switches like these should work for this build: https://www.amazon.com/Willwin-PBS-33B-Colors-Toggle-Switch/dp/B075FQFD4T/ref=sr_1_12?keywords=6+pcs+12mm+momentary+switch&qid=1560833830&s=gateway&sr=8-12

For the dpad I've used this 5-way tactile switch: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/5-Channel-5-Way-Tactile-Switch-Dev-Breakout-Controller-Module-Converter-Adapter-Control-Board-for-Arduino/32672554665.html

To complete the awesomeness that you can see on the pictures you'd need my remix of N!bbles' quick release (shameless plug), RamjetX' magnetic shifter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2919690) and andygreenegrass' shifter paddles (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2745297).

Place the shifter arm on top of the paddle as seen in the picture in order for it to be printed as one part and the paddle having enough clearance to the rim.

You'll definitely have to trim the parts here or there to have them fit properly.
