The idea is simple, just print it out and glue a magnet inside the hole.
I uploaded the f3d file (Fusion360) because there are several models of pencil like this. Besides that you don't need to use the same magnet size and shape as I did.
Check what you have at home, measure everything, adjust the file and have fun!
