All pieces of the model are ready to be 3D printed on an SLA printer. They are prepared for inserting cylindrical magnets.
Magnets we use:
Diameter 2 mm
Height 0.90 mm
SIZE
At 100% scale the mage’s dimensions are approximately:
Width: 35 mm
Height: 40 mm
Base diameter: 25mm
Neck diameter: 3.10 mm
Lower body diameter: 6.30 mm
You can scale the model as you wish.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We recommend printing with an SLA printer (0.025mm layer height) but you can print it at a larger scale on FDM printer for which we recommend these settings:
- Layer height 0.1 mm
- Infill 15%
- Supports 45°For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.
ASSEMBLY
The holes in the models are prepared for inserting magnets (2mm diameter, 0.90 mm high)
