Fusion 360 model is provided for anyone to customize or remix the design.

BOM:

M8 16mm bolt

120mm M8 threaded rod

10K potentiometer with 6mm diamater shaft

14mm diameter ~20mm long spring

6x M4 10mm bolts

Printing:

All components can be printed without support

Assembly:

Some parts (pivot block and head) need to be threaded with an M8 tap. Do not thread all the way, make sure it is a tight fit by twisting into the plastic Using pliers to twist into the plastic ensures that it will not twist out of place later. If  the head still twists for some reason setscrew holes are provided as a backup. As shown in the images some tape was used over the top threads to allow smooth sliding of the lever.
