FreeCAD model is provided for anyone to customize or remix the design.
This model is still in develoment. The current version could be improved to be more sturdy, which I might do later.
Materials:
-10k potentiometer with 6mm dia shaft
-3d printer limit switch
-3x M3 30mm long bolts
-2x wood screws for mounting to frame
-2x M8 nut
-M8 threaded rod for shaft
-M3 10mm screw to mount lever head from inside the slider head
Printing:
The two sides of the frame need to be printed mirrored (mirror the second one in your slicer)
Calibration:
Calibrate according to the instructions on the “OpenFlightSimConsole base” page
