This is my recreation of the mould slider for my red badge maker machine, commonly sold on sites such as VidaXL and Amazon.
I originally purchased my unit with 38mm moulds, but wanted to change it to 58mm.
The moulds themselves are readily available for purchase, however the original slider does not fit the larger moulds and they are only sold with the machine. Which was a huge bummer, as the machine easily costs double what the moulds cost on their own.
I thus designed my own replacement. The moulds are attached using the same 10mm hexkey bolts as the original, using two 10mm nuts pressed into the print.
The other two holes are for the end stops, which is also taken from the original part.
Mine is printed in PLA and lubricated to slide easier.
