Here are two separate holders, one for the Z height puck and the other for the X-Y probe.
Use good quality double sided tape to mount them and then they hold your probes out of the way.
Printing:
I printed them as oriented without supports.
I used PLA+ at 0.2lh, 0.4dia and 120mm/s speed.
