There are great tripod screw mounts for cameras. There are interesting solutions for having overhead camera mounts for youtubers and twitch users. So let's use these solutions to free up space for soldering with the Andonstar microscope.
I started with the design of Arie Kanarie, but since the AD407/AD409 are quite different and I needed a different connector, I restarted from scratch.
Additional parts
You will need:
One 1/4-20 UNC thread nut for the mount
2x M2-6 mm screws for the power distributor pcb.
1x M3-16 mm screw + M3 nut for microscope fixation
Print-Parameters
PLA will be fine, if you are unsure use PETG, ASA or ABS
No supports are required.
Tipps
The goosenecks of the two lights can be unscrewed. You just need a pliers. Add a little rubber mat between the gooseneck and the pliersto be safe from scratches.
