Similarly to the original, a print pause is used to insert (1x) 6.4x6.4x2.5mm neodymium (rare earth) block magnet inside the print.
Print Recommendations:
- PLA
- 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height.
- Height range modifier from 2.2mm to 5mm for a layer height of 0.07mm — provides better top-surface detail.
- 2-3 perimeters.
- 15% infill of your favorite pattern.
- Print pause at the layer which shows the magnet pocket being “closed” with bridge infill.
