I love this tally counter but the fit of the parts out of my printer was too tight for it to operate.
I fiddled with my printer a bit, but figured I could use the practice so I traced the models in to Fusion 360 and adjusted the tolerances myself.
This includes drop-in replacements for the actuating lever, main shaft and reset knob. I've included the other parts from the remixed model so that everything's in one place, but all other parts are unchanged.
Changes
- Actuating Lever v4
- The outer diameter of this lever needs to fit in to the slot in the frame but it was way too tight in my print
- Reduced the outer diameter by 0.4mm so it fits and slides nicely
- Main Shaft v10
- I found that the reset knob screwed on such that it pushed the parts together so tightly that it couldn't actually rotate the wheels to reset
- I added a hard stop in the shaft at 42mm before the threading starts so that the knob bottoms out before it gets the chance to squeeze the housing
- The result is a slightly looser fit but nothing even wobbles in my build so it doesn't bother me
- While I was in there, I widened the three notches so that the reset ratchets slide on easier for quicker assembly
- Reset Knob v8
- There was nothing wrong with this, but I couldn't find the right thread profile so I made a new knob that fit the threads for the new shaft.
- I used Metric Forming Screw Threads / 8mm / 8x2.1 / 6g from Fusion 360's default profiles
- As such, if you print the shaft you'll have to print this knob too

I've also included Gcode of a supported print of everything you need to assemble a counter with these adjusted parts.
