These are simple US coin tubes to help organize loose change. Store your pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. The dollar value is marked on the cap. I wanted to try a simple print without using excess material and print time. The walls are .8mm thick and the tolerance between the cap and the tube is .08mm. There is a small 1.5mm tall bump that creates a snap friction fit. The snap will be tight the first time its used. I kept the tolerances tight to account for the weight of the coins making sure the cap doesn't slip off. Each tube includes about 1mm extra space vertically to allow for coins with different thickness.

The STL files, gcode files, and the 3mf file with the settings I used are included. Make sure your printer is calibrated and you are using filament with good tolerances.

.4mm nozzle, .2mm quality layer height profile but the layer is height changed to .3mm in print settings, 6 top and bottom layers, seam position rear.

Update: added a second version with new tube caps.
