Prevent the LEMO connectors on the main cable from disappearing into the post, & protect the connector and fine thread with this little cap.
The reatainer slides sideways onto the lower part on the LEMO in the lower notch, and is pressed onto the post end. The dust cap then secures the retainers position and protects the connector.
The protector is universal, so it fits both ends.
