I designed this 3 level whatnot for my wedding. Even though I think 3d print is not suitable for food in general, I made exception with this one, where food is only placed on 3d printed plate. You can put baken paper between food and plate if you want to be 100% safe.
There are 3 plates. Bottom plate (d=200 mm), middle plate (d=160mm) and top plate (d=120mm) screwed together with pillars. Everything can be printed without support with standard 0.2 layer height. Printed with PLA but PETG should works too.
Heart shaped top piece is without text :)
