There are a number of these on thingiverse. All have issues. It might be over 10,000 open edges, hundreds of errors, massive size, un-slicable or take hours to size but is missing areas. All model missing water jackets on 2 cylinders. I re did the model and put in the missing water jackets. NO errors or open edges and now slices as it should by all slicers as well about 1/4 the size.
It prints without support.
