The Problem / The Solution:
Looking for a reliable way to mount your power cables / network cable / cables in general on your ceiling or wall? I made this clip exactly for this purpose.
Simple and effective!
My motivation and use case:
We are currently renovating our new appartment and in some rooms we need to lower the ceiling so an ideal opportunity to lay some new network and power cables but how to mount them savely on the ceiling / wall?
How I made it:
With a pen and paper a ruler and Fusion360.
Slices in PrusaSlicer and printed on the Prusa MINI and PrusaMK3s (in parallel)
How to print:
For stability reasons I recommend around 15% of infill and 2 - 3 outer shell lines (depends on your printer).
To speed up the process you can print with a bigger layer height of for example 0.3mm.
You can use the 3mf files with ready to print parameter.
How long?
It took me around 2 hours to print one of this clips which is totally okay when you fill your entire printbed with instances and print over night.
