This is a 180 degree Rotation scale for the ASKAR FRA400 telescope, though it might (should?) work on any of the ASKAR scopes with a 78mm drawtube.
Major divisions at 30 degree, minor at 5 degrees.
Line up the centre division with your rotation locking thumbscrew, the rotation scale will allow you to align + or - 90 degree's from centre.
You will need an M3 heat insert to melt into the split ring at the bottom, and use a short M3 bolt for tightening and positioning the ring for your setup/needs.
I've printed this in PLA+ with a as it was the only black filament I had on hand. I used a white paint pen to mark the divisions.
