I edited the original Prusa RC3 so that dentists can wear microscopic glasses under them. The distance between head and shield is 70mm or 90mm. (two versions available)
Versions with open and closed top available
If you need more/less distance frome face to shield just message me, it's a quick fix ;)
Original shield and headbands will fit just fine.
