This is a model I quickly sketched up when our little one started pulling at the cabinet knobs.
The big rounded edges should be a fair bit safer than the edge of the pre-existing knobs in case of falls and head-bumps.
There is a slight indent at either side of the knob (across the widest points) which isn’t the instinctive way to grab hold of it.
A triangle hole in the back allows a very good fit of the M4 screws that held the original knobs in place. They can be tightened significantly without threading. This was for an IKEA Hauga cabinet, but should work with any M4 screw.
So far, tiny fingers have managed to rattle the hinged door, but the drawers have remained closed.
