Simple design to learn about car steering wheel

I have a plan on create mini driving gear with force feedback for my future RC car, and also able to play Euro truck simulator 2. A very long way to go
Outer diameter: 155mm
Wheel diameter: 20mm
Connector diameter: 40mm
6x M3 (3.25mm in diameter) distributed evenly in circle. These screws should longer than 5mm
