Not well tested. Use at your own risk

Here is my attempt to make reliable 3d printed insulator for my dipole antenna. Basically it's for 4mm rope/wire (6mm hole) but can be scaled proportionally.

I will attempt to use this insulators as a part of dipole antenna without center point mast so tension must be decent (4mm galvanized steel twisted line, not perfect but this is what i have on hand).

Any tests will be appreciated

Initial test:

Withstood a longitudinal load of 40 kg (temperature +5 Celsius) without any cracks, damage or anything like that. Insulator was printed in PETG with 5 perimeters (0.4 nozzle), and 5 top and bottom layers (0.28mm), with layer orientation as on screenshot.
