I decided to create a bottle opener myself. Instead of a Coin or only the plastic edge i wanted to use a washer for more robustness.
I like the washer optically better than a coin.
You have to use a washer for M4 screws, here are the dimensions of my washer.
Outer diameter: 11,9mm
Hole diameter: 4,45mm
Height: 1,05mm
I have not tested it with other washers, but i think small deviations should be fine.
But in the fine tuning i noticed that the height of the cutout is important, so i wouldn't use a washer higher than 1,05mm.
I printed the parts with the following settings:
Top/Bottom solid layers: 2mm
Perimeters: 3
Infill: 50% Gyroid
Resolution: 0,2mm
Material: PLA
Supports: No
Brim: No
Nozzle: 0,4mm
