This is my first self-designed model that I think others might find useful (of many more to come!). I always misplace my Hex Screwdrivers needed to work on my printer, and since I built an enclosure I figured I'd create a simple holder for my specific 4 sizes that are most often used.

The screwdrivers I designed this around are available here: https://amzn.to/3gAH4t3 (currently on sale for Black Friday)…

I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.3 layer height and 0.6 walls. Just ensure your walls are (at least) 1.2mm for good connection between the mounting tab and the rest. I used 20% infill but you could go less.

I have three versions, one with all the text shown in the photos (I colored them in with a fine-point sharpie), one with only the sizes, and one with no text. If printing with text, you might rotate sideways, as I had a Y-axis shift during all the bed slinging right at the lettering on my first attempt…

I used PLA, as my enclosure never hits more than 40C but you might go with PETG or whatever you desire.

Designed in OpenSCAD as I'm more of a programmer than a graphics designer :)  It's customizable but I did hard code a lot of numbers… in the future I'll be using more variables, but this was just a quick ‘n’ dirty design I find useful, and hopefully you may as well :)

Printed on glass (mirror) so I could do a cool looking timelapse… but I had to splice the footage from the failed print with the good one, where I forgot to plug the camera in … sloppy I know:

(I'll soon be posting the brackets and hinges you see in red in the last two pics, that I used to construct my enclosure door using 3/16" Lexan (Polycarbonate)).
