This design is meant to enable one build a low profile server, network or whichever equipment fits in a 10" rack. While idea is to print supporting structures and buy the rack rails to finish the build, it is definitely possible to print the rails as well even if that would not provide as much structural rigidity.
These are the parts one needs to build this rack:
- 4x Rack Rails (I used - Adam Hall 61535B6)
- 4x M5 screws (I used 8mm ones)
- 4x M5 nuts
- 8x M3 ISO7380 button head screws (I used 4mm ones)
- 8x M3 nuts
These are the parts one needs to print:
- 2x Top Vertical Support
- 2x Bottom Vertical Support
- 4x Horizontal Support
- 4x Foot Nut
