You can use only the blocks you need, arranging them before to send them to your slicer, just to print everyone at the right temperature , you need to include in personalized G code section, inside before layer change section, this code modified just for your needs:
Here, at first, the filament temperature will be set as 190 degrees on slicer, and will be applied to the first ten millimeters.
{if layer_z>=10.0} M104 S195 M109 S195 {endif}
{if layer_z>=20.0} M104 S200 M109 S200 {endif}
{if layer_z>=30.0} M104 S205 M109 S205 {endif}
{if layer_z>=40.0} M104 S210 M109 S210 {endif}
{if layer_z>=50.0} M104 S215 M109 S215 {endif}
{if layer_z>=60.0} M104 S220 M109 S220 {endif}
{if layer_z>=70.0} M104 S225 M109 S225 {endif}
{if layer_z>=80.0} M104 S230 M109 S230 {endif}
{if layer_z>=90.0} M104 S235 M109 S235 {endif}
{if layer_z>=100.0} M104 S240 M109 S240 {endif}
{if layer_z>=110.0} M104 S245 M109 S245 {endif}
{if layer_z>=120.0} M104 S250 M109 S250 {endif}
{if layer_z>=130.0} M104 S255 M109 S255 {endif}
{if layer_z>=140.0} M104 S260 M109 S260 {endif}
In this above code you have both M104 and M109, because some slicers or printers, are not able to understand code M109, you must include a temperature change every 10 mm in height, except on the lower one, where the first 10 millimeters has been done at the defined filament temperature, ( change it if you need it, this temperature will be applied to the lowest block), but you could even edit the filament temperature, to match the first stair.
