I need a crash flange so I designed this one. It serves as a holder at the bass drum - a converted 16" floor tom.

i need a crash flange so i designed this one. It serves as a holder at the bass drum, which is a converted 16" floor tom. It can be used for crash or ride cymbals that are not too heavily used. but of course there are limits. for my purposes, however, it is completely sufficient.

assembly:
print all parts, no need for support. use 3-4 perimeters
insert the M5 nut in the printed wingnut
you may want to print the inlay with PTU (I could not try that)

you also need
2 x M3 x ~30mm
1 x M4 x 30mm
1 x M5 x 30mm (or longer)
1 x m5 nut
4 x 5 x 17mm woodscrew (or similar)

see gif for assembly

you need to drill a 24mm hole in the bassdrum.

then screw the flanch plate on the drum with 4 woodscrews.
