triple cube ear hangers

This is a great last minute gift!

I hate christmas markets. And currently they are everywhere in the area I'm living in… and everybody except of me seems to love them and wants to meet at these overcrowded, overpriced rubbish-loaded Christkindlmarkets as they're called over here.

On one such inevitable occasion I found a booth of some person selling these cubus-shaped ear hangers made with an SLS printer for 45€! What a genius! They are so simple to make and producing them costs probably something like <1/10 of the selling price… and best of it: it's perfectly printable with an FDM printer too.

Since I was in desperate need for a gift for my niece, this turned out to be one more instance of the printer saving my day.

I printed these with some minimal support structure on a 0,2mm nozzle in blue polycarbonate. Any other material would be fine too and 0,4mm nozzles should work well either. You can probably even print it without supports - at least everything except the print-in-place chain adapter-like thingy.

Only thing you need to get additionally is some metal earhanger parts which you can buy on aliexpress for virtually no money. Or just disassemble some old earhangers for the parts.
