I needed a router tool… quickly, so I designed a quick and dirty solution.
This is not a perfect design but it does the job. (up to 4mm depth - I needed 2.8mm)
Some instructions:
(For those who don't know, the Dremel tool has a treaded removable nut near the tool head. replace with the treaded nut in the design)
The nut: scale it to 98% in PrusaSlicer
The body: Keep it at 100%
Infill 100% since a Dremel can be powerful
Printed in PLA
Nozzle 0.4mm
Layer height 0.12
Supports: Yes, build plate only, see the included picture for my support settings.
The 3 holes are tight without tread, use M3 bolts (3pcs) for securing the Dremel tool. The nut has an anti-twist lock that fits the body.
