this is a Ikea Hjälpa hinge plate replica.
It works but will not last long on heavy doors.
I hope it helps someone fix the cabinets ;)
for assembly you can use the old 3mm pins from the original part. If these are lost, other 3mm screws or headless pins will certainly fit as well.
