This is a 1/2" Hex shaft collar that is 3/8" wide. It uses a 10-32 nylon locknut and a 0.75" long 10-32 socket head cap screw. This is an inexpensive replacement for commercial options. This was designed for use in FRC for prototypes and low-load applications.
Update: V2.0 improves the design to be easier to print.
