I used negative volumes to modify some models I found on thingiverse so that a length of 3mm filament could be retained on either end of the cable bundle and included within it for support. I also added some zip ties to securely hold the cable bundle and PTFE tube at the back of the frame. The piece that rides on the extruder needs to be improved but it works well enough that I haven't bothered fixing it yet.
You will also need some T-nuts to attach the back support to the frame. I used some insertable ones I found on thingiverse and they worked great after some swearing and adjusting.
