V1

I designed and printed this to replace the existing pin for my bifold closet door.  There was an extra gap at the top of the door, causing the existing pin to slide out of the track.  The design is longer than the original to account for that gap.

Originally, I printed this as a single piece, requiring supports.  The supports were terrible to remove and took me longer than the actual print time.  I redesigned it into three different pieces so that no supports are needed.  I didn't use a raft for the print either.  I did increase the bed temperature from 60 to 70 to help with adhesion to the plate.

When done printing, assemble the three pieces by putting the washer on the smaller post, then adding the bottom cylinder to that same smaller post.  The fit is VERY tight to prevent it from coming apart.  I had to gently hammer it together to assemble.

V2

I've uploaded a new version of this that is back to a single piece print.  With version one, I've gone through half a dozen of these and they break easily at the point where the pieces all come together.  Version 2 is a single piece print and was designed in Fusion 360 to avoid any need for supports (Version 1 was designed in TinkerCad).

I printed it with 100% fill to help provide strength to it.  Time will tell if it holds up.  Pictures provided are all of Version 1.  I'll add some Version 2 pics later.
