Model by @TheSameNameTwice and slightly adjusted by me, so they connect together on nonmagnetic surfaces.
They still stick to magnetic surfaces like fridges or the power supply of a prusa mk3 :)
Magnet Size?
The fitment of the square holes is adjusted to the “5mm” cube magnets (actually 4.65 mm) I bought, so no glue is needed to hold them in. I added a total clearance of 0.07mm to work nicely with my settings.
Keep in mind that material and print settings highly effect friction-fitment.
I printed using PLA at 210°C on a Mk3s+
Test your spacing using the included “MagnetFitment_TestCube.stl”.

Different Size Magnets?
To be able to modify the holes yourself, I added the Blender file. The cutouts are created using boolean modifiers, so adjusting the hole size should be fairly easy.
I can add alternative versions if you give me the size of your magnets as precisely as possible.
Magnet Polarity?
I recommend magnet polarity as shown here to snap together nicely

Inserted a magnet the wrong way?
You will probably need to destroy the part partially by breaking one of the outer walls of a belt. They are pretty thin to reduce distance between magnets.
Alternatively, drilling a small hole from the top and pushing it out using a vice and a nail, for example, might be a mostly nondestructive way of removing it, only requiring to fill the hole.
