Screw holes for mounting require support.
I printed with a 0.2 layer height and 35% infill for my purposes. If you are going to add serious weight to the shelf it is intended for, I suggest going above 50% infill and/or adding a third shelf bracket. I also suggest increasing perimeters or walls to at the least four.
I used PLA but you can use stronger materials depending on what your shelf purpose is.
