Full height PCI expansion slot covers for a computer case that can be used as filtered air intakes. Widths one through seven are provided, though the smaller sizes are arguably kind of silly. It is designed to accept filter foam that is 3/8" thick.
Usage note: Be sure that your setup won't lead to the air intake sucking in hot exhaust from another component (graphics card is the most likely culprit).
Post-Printing
I found that the tabs at the bottom were printing slightly thicker than specified (I presume interaction with the supports is the cause) so had to thin them a little to get a good fit. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of.
The jog in the foam holder on the right is small enough that you really don't need to trim that corner of the foam, but a quick snip with scissors is easy anyway.
