Just a simple model to print to test your bed level. Such a large bed is hard to get on the first shot, this should help you calibrate it.
I find it is good to go through the normal procedures for leveling; preheat the bed to your average bed temp, then use the paper method. Afterwards, do a print with this and watch it as it prints, move the knobs to fix spots that are too high or too low.
Total size of the test print is 275mm^2. I find that is reasonable for what most prints will take up on the bed. The outer arms are all 1mm thick and .5mm tall. Center is .75mm tall with a small peg going up to 1mm.
Print time is ~13 minutes with a 0.8mm nozzle.
