This is my solution to my saggy wire problem. Arm length is 17cm and it mounts to a 3030 extrusion with m6x12 bolt. This is sized for my V-Core 3 500mm so might be a little large for smaller printers. But feel free to remix it! All parts are printable without support and are oriented correctly. There are quite steep overhangs on the hook part so you might want to try out some other orientation if your printer does not handle overhangs well.
(pls ignore those ugly m4x40 bolts :D)
Hardware
- 1x m6x12 bolt and t-nut
- 2x m4x25 bolts and locknuts (go for 30mm if you want to use shims)
