I have a set of old kitchen cabinets that I use in my workshop. I wanted to replace the hardware with a chunky set of handles and pulls. I designed them so they didn't have any sharp edges that would grab cords or clothing as you walked past while still being easy to grab even when your hands are full.

Since these were going to be inside, I just used some PLA+ I had on hand. The infill didn't need to be very high. The shape of the handles and pulls make them very rigid. I threaded the screws directly into the plastic, but they are set deep enough I haven't not had any trouble with them getting loose.
Layer Height: 0.24mm
Infill: 15%
Filament: PLA+

I designed these in OnShape and the original files can be found at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/0cc0efbdccbadf2799745379/w/2526b7cbc16a5e3f4325576a/e/372d40b0e16d2d0b50e3a79d?renderMode=0&uiState=63c44483759faf601a501268. I have also included the .step files for modification. I think the handles are set to about 3" hole to hole, but it should be fairly easy to modify this distance in the primary sketch.
