I am not the inventor of this compass but it is just so simple and beautifully designed that I had to draw one of these up. I have made a design that you can print yourself with some small tweaks.

The diameters that can be drawn are radii of 15 mm to 110 mm. The body surrounding the bearing has a diameter of 30 mm.

Printing and assembly notes:

1 - I tweaked the model to print with the right "tolerance." Each printer has a different accuracy to it so you may need to bump up or down the scale of the model to fit the bearing. I printed this on a CR10S4.

2 - If you have some trouble fitting in the center or fitting the bearing into the main compass body, you can refrigerate the bearing or the center hub and warm up the main body on the build plate. This could give you that extra space you need to press the bearing or the center hub in.

3 - I did not use two filaments for this print. The text is simply shaded with a black sharpie.

4 - I would allow the build plate to cool slowly after the print is complete. Peeling the part off while the print bed is still hot may permanently warp the print.

5 - The center hub is taller than the bearing and the compass body. The bottom of the center hub should stick out (~.25 mm) from underneath the compass body to make it easier to spin the compass body when drawing a circle

6 - Slow down the feedrate to ~50% on the first layer. this will let the holes adhere to build plate much better.
