In my case it's an Optiplex 3020, but it's fine for other models.
Print made in PETG with 100% infill; 2 washers are needed so as not to strain the plastic.
Fixed to the wall with 2 wall-plug/anchor (6mm).
A slot allows the use of a cable tie to block it; mine is hook-and-loop.
There's also a hole for a fixing screw.
The "Optiplex-Block" is not strictly necessary - it's for more security; for this a wall-plug of 5mm is sufficient.
