Simple faceplate holder. Use a screw in the middle to mount and support the weight. Hole on side is for optional use if there is additional need to prevent rotation. Meant for faceplates, sanding discs, and adapters, but I have used for vacuum chucks and even Vicmarc 12 chucks.
Recommend PETG. Clearances built in so should be able to download, place on slicer, and go.
