I created a small rack for my jumper wires, which were just everywhere but not where I need them.
There are inserts for 10x2mm neodynium magnets.
To insert the magnets I used pump pliers (sounds bit too big but the pliers close evenly instead with an angle like other pliers) and a soldering iron. First, place the magnet on one side of the pliers and heat up the magnet using the soldering iron (~300°C) for a few seconds. Then press the magnet into the insert using the pliers. The plastic will melt a bit and the magnet sits tight. Wait a view seconds until you release the pliers - it's a magnet so it will stick to the pliers.
I also added the Fusion 360 file for editing the model.
