I have multiple needle files with different sized shanks, yet wanted to have the same size handle for all of them. So i created a customizable needle file handle. Just set the “boresize” parameter in Fusion 360.
Heavy leaned on PIZZA_CAT's "NEEDLE FILE HANDLE" for the design.
I printed in Prusament PETG, 0.15mm layer height, with an 8mm brim as the handle has a hard time sticking to the bed due to the limited contact area. Also, set a modifier for 100% infill on the threaded portion of the collet.
