When I saw kp3s base, blank panels, and hex panels I instantly had ideas flowing in my head on mounting orange pi zero 2 inside. I also wanted to attach my wifi antenna to the outside, and still access the USB port on the Orange Pi Zero 2, and on the GPIO pinouts.

I did some revisions until it was good enough for me to post these on printables.

BOM

Heat set inserts. I have been building hero me systems, and voron printers. The holes on to mount LM2596 and OPI are meant for

M3*4.6*4 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TRK72TR

BUT you can also use

M3*4.6*5,

M3*4.6*5.7 NOTE the hole is 6mm deep, 5.7 is I recommend the absolute longest one to use.

M3*5*4 NOTE the hole is kind of small but I have used them, may have to do little wiggling when putting it in

M3*5*5

OR

Any other M3 heatset that meet the following conditions

OD is either 4.6 or 5 the hole is 4.1 you can test OD being  4.1 < OD < 5 and

Length is under 6 mm BUT I CAN'T GUARANTEE THEY WILL WORK, AND WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY YOU'VE BEEN ADVISED.

I ordered these usb female A breakout boards.

I designed the mounts for the orange pi zero 2 to use this bracket, which is for mounting to a DIN rail.

I had intention of using the slotted hole to mount it that way you can adjust it if needed, it is slightly off if you wanted to use the stationary mount, which I am little annoyed with since it might be standard spacing to use other SBC mounts. But for now, I am leaving it AS IS.

rp-sma connector is straight forward print the hex to use as a front, and back, connect and have it be held by the antenna, depending how long the male connect is, you dont need the nut/washer, won't have enough space to put the antenna on.
