Replace the M3x10mm screws thet hold the top of the threaded rods on the Z-Axis with M3x16 or longer. Then put the mounts on and secure them with M3 nuts.
Glue the reinforcement on top of both parts where they meet in the middle
You might need to scale up the model by factor 10 in slicer. I alway get this error when exporting to STL from Inventor
