Updated October 1 2023: Made a deep basin that will fit all of the sieves so you have a proper size container to sift into without making a mess. Added because as I've used the sieve with Walnut shell, tumbler shot, porcelain beads, etc into any other container that doesn't fit the sieve perfectly I always end up with a big mess.

6mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm and 2mm Square hole Sieve Set + Basin ~

I designed this set of interlocking Sieves to help sort out my jewellery items out from our tumbler shot. Rather than digging through the barrel by hand I've found it easier to just dump everything and let it sort itself with gravity, this also clears out any fragmented small pieces from the media.

Depending on the items you could use it to sort screws, nuts, bolts, rocks, sand and soil, etc.

Each sieve is labelled on the handles and interlocks with any other but Do Not lock, so you can swish and agitate to help items fall, mix and match the different sizes as required.

Printing Recommendations: Fits on MK3S+ bed

Printed with PETG for chemical resistance and strength. Recommended using 0.6mm nozzle (I used 0.4mm and it took forever with very little additional benefit).

Use ‘Classic' Perimeter Generator and ‘Detect Thin Walls’ to avoid holes in the middle of every cross intersection. Arachne doesn't handle it as cleanly at 100% scale with 0.4 or 0.6mm nozzle.

Recommended that you check your nozzle after the initial layer is done to remove boogers that will almost inevitably occur and will end up filling in or worse Tear up the sieve mesh in subsequent layers.
