I remixed the original design to:
1 - add a lock-down mechanism
2 - seal the very minor central gap.
3- seal the meaningful amount of side gap. Only some progress was made for this task.
The lid spacers have been adjusted, so if you printed the original design you will need to re-print. There is also now a very small amount of supports recommended at the end tips. You will also need to mirror the lid spacer to get both L+R.
The lockdown prints with 2 designed-in supports that snap free. (The two towers that support the lock-down arm).
BambuLab .3mf project also included for quick+easy solution.
