A print in place lint roller. (Fusselrolle) I lost my "real" one somehow, so I made a 3D printed one.
It should fit the standard sticky rolls from the supermarket. (37,8 mm core). I desigend it with a bit of flex, so 1-2mm give or take should be fine.
The clearance of both parts is 0.4mm, which should be plenty. I printed it with an 0.8(!) nozzle, just fine. And as you can see from the pictures, it's not a well tuned profile. So… I'm confident you won't have to worry about the tolerances too much.
Update: The V3 Model “bites” a bit more aggressively into the roll and it should not slip off anymore when using the roller rigorously.
